A JPEG on a moodboard is not an inscription. These pages are the sets with public dates, sites, or protocol docs behind them. Photographs on this site are editorial. Live objects live on-chain — and in Doge Soft.
The first numbered Doginal in the Apezord lineage. 24 February 2023. An image, not a ticker.
Doge Labs’ public recap and the Apezord repository agree on the opening move: Shibescription #0, 24 February 2023, image-based. We do not hang a copy of those bytes here. Provenance is a citation, not a screenshot.
Everything later — Labradoges, Doginal Dogs, DRC-20 mints — argues in the shadow of that number. Indexers that start in May 2023 are choosing not to count it. That is a software choice, not a rewrite of February.
To see live inscriptions as they land, use the Doge Soft explorer. To understand the envelope that made #0 possible, read Inscriptions on Dogecoin.
Doge Labs’ 10,000 identity collection — Unleashed Doginals turned booster packs, opened into Labradoges.
Chris of Doge Labs described Labradoges in 2023 as a transformation of the Unleash / Unleashed Doginals set: the same 10,000 pieces, recast as booster packs that reveal a Labradoge. Their Medium piece claimed over five million possible trait combinations and up to ninety traits, with First Edition packs carrying marketplace-discount benefits from the original Unleashed hold.
That is a Doge Labs primary source, not an on-chain census we re-ran. Treat trait math as their claim; treat the 10,000 count and the Unleashed lineage as the documented story.
Labradoges sat next to the first automated Doginals marketplace and the Doge Labs wallet. The public voice is @verydogelabs. For holding Doginals on a phone wallet that also swaps DRC-20, the road from this page is Doge Soft.
10,000 hand-curated pixel dogs inscribed on Dogecoin. Free mint 11 January 2024. Official market at market.doginaldogs.com.
Doginal Dogs is a named collection, not a synonym for the Doginals protocol. The project’s own site states 10,000 hand-curated pixel dogs inscribed on Dogecoin, a free mint on 11 January 2024, and an official marketplace at market.doginaldogs.com. The X account @doginaldogs has been public since May 2023.
We do not repeat third-party celebrity-holder lists. Those circulate in marketing writeups and are not a source we can audit from this desk. What we can say: the collection is one of the few Doginals projects with a dedicated market, a documented free-mint date, and a continuous public account.
Pixel dogs still move as UTXOs. If you buy one, the wallet that understands the inscription is the wallet that matters. Doge Soft is built as a Doginals-first L1 wallet for that job.
Doge Soft’s Doginals-adjacent orbit piece — DU$TINAL DOGS / the Dustinal District at time.dogesoft.io.
Doge Soft’s own stack copy lists “true Dogecoin inscriptions — plus Du$tinals in the orbit.” The live destination is time.dogesoft.io, which titles itself DU$TINAL DOGS and the Dustinal District. That is the primary source. We do not invent a supply cap, a mint date, or a trait table that the public page does not state.
What we can place: Dustinals are how Doge Soft tells a collection story inside the same orbit as the wallet, explorer, and DRC-20 swap. Collecting on L1 and opening the district are supposed to be the same motion, not a detour through three websites.
If you came here for Doginals generally, read the protocol first. If you came here to hold, open the orbit.
A documented inscription type — sequential parcels on Dogecoin — in Doge Labs’ inscripter and in Doge Soft’s explorer.
Doge Labs’ product docs list Dogemaps beside image NFTs, text NFTs, and DRC-20 operations: mint a signal, multiples, or a sequential range. Third-party minters (for example community dogeMap scripts forked from Apezord’s tool) treated maps as text inscriptions. Doge Soft’s explorer describes “images, video, and Dogemaps as 3D blocks when a parcel claims its height on-chain.”
A Dogemap is not a JPEG collection with a Twitter thread. It is a way of pointing at block height as place. Do not confuse it with DRC-20 tickers or with Labradoges.
To watch parcels as they claim height, the public live view is the Doge Soft explorer.
