Cardinals is a later inscription protocol on Dogecoin, described in contemporary summaries as a secondary development with one-step DRC-20-like confirmation and a swap story. It is recorded here so that a search for “Dogecoin inscriptions” does not collapse two ledgers into one word.
A split, not a sequel
